Sacraments — Holy Family Catholic Church

Christ instituted the sacraments to help us in this life know and feel his presence. There are seven sacraments: Baptism, Confirmation and Eucharist make up the the three sacraments of initiation. Reconciliation and Anointing of the Sick are the two sacraments of healing. Holy Orders and Marriage are the two sacraments of vocation. The seven sacraments touch all the stages and all the important moments of Christian life: they give birth and increase, healing and mission to the Christian's life of faith. The sacraments help us see the resemblance between the stages of natural life and the stages of the spiritual life.
